2. Weather Trading System
Weather Trading System is a trading system based on the temperature of the weather. The Weather trading system is generally carried out by companies in Energy/Chemical Companies and bank. The idea behind the system is that there is always risk associated with the any products if there is a drastic change in temperature. E.g. If the temperature increases or decreases. So the companies sign a contract with the banks and pay premium for that contract. If in case the company suffers losses on their product due to temperature changes the bank can pay for it.
